Our staff will handle all the
arrangements for the transport of your
instruments and equipment. If you are flying to
your destination, we can assist with airline
clearance for these items and in some cases we
will transport your instruments and equipment on
our own truck to eliminate the special packing
and handling that is required to prepare these
items for airline travel.
Meeting with a "Bands On Parade"
Representative
One of our staff members will
visit your school prior to the trip to meet with
students and parents to answer questions and
review all arrangements.
Director's Preview Trip
The director and guest will have
the opportunity to schedule a preview inspection
trip to the parade destination. This provides
the chance to stay at the same hotel and eat
meals at the same restaurants where your band
will be on the tour.
