Williamsburg, the capital of Virginia from 1699 to 1780, is known for the significant role it played in the American Revolution. In the state’s southeast, it forms what's called the Historic Triangle together with Jamestown and Yorktown. Its heart is Colonial Williamsburg, a historic district and living-history museum where actors in period costume depict day-to-day Colonial life in the streets, restored stores and workshops. Virginia Beach is a resort city with miles of beaches and hundreds of hotels, motels, and restaurants along its oceanfront. Located on the Atlantic Ocean at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, Virginia Beach is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as having the longest beach in the world. It is located at the southern end of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel, the longest bridge-tunnel complex in the world. Our attraction for this festival is a admission to Busch Gardens.

Your ensemble will perform on Friday afternoon or evening in the Williamsburg area. You will then enjoy admission to Busch Gardens on Saturday. A meal voucher to use at the park is included. Our Grand Awards Ceremony at Busch Gardens on Saturday evening will bring an end to the festival event.

You will enjoy performing for our expert panel of music educators and following your ensemble's performance, one of the adjudicators will offer a mini-clinic.
